What will you do?

As a Service & Maintenance Coordinator, you are the vital link between the client, execution, and internal organization. You plan and coordinate service and maintenance projects on helidecks, monitor progress, and ensure everything runs smoothly—both in the office and on-site. You are the point of contact for clients as well as for our on-site teams. Your responsibilities include:

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring service and maintenance projects.
Aligning with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
Ensuring clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Overseeing compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Preparing and processing various project reports.

What do you bring?

A completed MBO-4 level education, preferably in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or maritime technology.
Several years of experience in a technical or coordinating role. Experience in the offshore or maritime sector is a strong plus.
A precise and structured working style, with attention to detail.
A flexible and service-oriented attitude, combined with strong communication skills towards clients.
An honest and discreet approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.
The motivation to keep learning, develop yourself, and actively collaborate within a team.
Good command of both Dutch and English.
Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week and living in the Tholen region.
